Why his dagger appears with the green and gold flash in the third gif? 

This is very strange, this differs from other ways in which his daggers appear,

I found only the scene in the Sanctum Sanctorum (Thor Ragnarok) where Loki takes out his daggers but I’ll look for other scenes

Usually, that sort of green glow seems to signify that Loki’s using magic.
